  Task.fm, despite the strange domain, is not a radio station but a web2 style reminder service. For free, you can set reminders for yourself in plain English and integrate these with Twitter, SMS, email and voice. It's limited to 15 texts a month for free so the social elite will probably have to upgrade to a subscription service.

 It's just too big to ignore. Twitter has grown into one of the biggest social sites in the world. In a nutshell, you send tweets which are messages up to 140 characters to you followers to let them know what you are up to 24/7. Celebs are in on it so why not give it a go.

 YouTube was formed in 2005 and has dominated the Internet video sharing market since. This site is a must visit for everyone on the planet and although it is now owned by Google, it is just as valuable in its own right. Almost everything ever produced is recorded on YouTube!!
